This course is designed to teach Law Enforcement practitioners the essential knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and mitigate potential Criminal, Civil and Liability concerns. It will emphasize the critical importance of rigorous training, unwavering adherence to legal standards, and a comprehensive understanding of The United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, Supreme Court case law as well as pertinent Federal and State Law considerations.
